I have just completed with a friend his middle phase and we installed full size servos in the wing with no problems. Fit them on their sides and after removing the required amount of foam reinforce the ply with fibre glass or more ply. Because you have removed material from the area of the join you have weakened the structure so when joining the wings use a good strong wide fibre glass bandage. If our wing breaks it will NOT break at the join! Good Luck!
