Having rung your business to try and supply one of my customers with your extra wot ,I was amazed to find that you would not supply me with the goods because they were in plain boxes.My customer would have accepted this ,but no you would not supply me BUT you would supply and my customer.Your living is model aircraft so is mine. Disgruntled small shop owner.
